1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any updates posted on our website.
2. Our Services
Naijaworldwide Logistics offers international shopping support, package consolidation, shipping, delivery, and storage services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate personal, shipping, and product information.
Use our services for lawful and legal purposes only.
Track their shipments and respond promptly to any documentation requests.
Label and package items properly to avoid misrouting or loss.
4. Warehouse Use & Free Storage
Naijaworldwide offers up to 15 days of free storage. After that period, storage fees may apply.
We are not responsible for items left unclaimed beyond 30 days.
All incoming shipments must be labeled correctly with your name and unique customer ID.
5. Prohibited Items
Customers are strictly prohibited from shipping:
Weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials
Counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items
Perishable goods or unsealed food
Any item restricted by the destination country’s customs laws
Violation of this policy may lead to legal action and permanent suspension of service.
6. Insurance and Liability
Shipments without insurance are not eligible for compensation in the event of loss or damage.
For insured items, compensation will only be granted upon submission of a valid invoice and confirmed transit-related loss.
We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by natural disasters, customs delays, or other force majeure events.
7. Refund Policy
A 10% refund of shipping costs is granted if a delivery exceeds the promised timeframe (for air or ocean shipments), after verification.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of approval.
Claims must be submitted with valid evidence within 7 days of delivery failure.
8. Communication and Updates
Customers will receive real-time updates via email and SMS. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their contact information is up to date.
9. Account Termination
Naijaworldwide reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customer’s account if:
Fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior is detected
The customer violates any part of these Terms and Conditions
10. Limitation of Liability
Naijaworldwide shall not be held responsible for:
Lost or stolen items improperly labeled or delivered without proof
Delays due to customs, weather, or transportation issues
User negligence, misinformation, or failure to comply with our policies
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any legal disputes shall be settled within its jurisdiction.
